First of all, Dilbert is really the most accurate comic strip I have seen in my life.
Second, my car has good breaks and that's fortunate. Saturday afternoon, I was going to the center of Paris for a walk and suddenly, a truck before me lost a large plank of wood, perhaps 2,50 meters by 2 meters, 7 or 8 centimeters thick. The kind of flying surf that goes directly into your car's windscreen, and, just a zillionth of a second after, your body.
My breaks are my friends.
Third, my wife and kids are back from northern Sweden. My father in law feels better. Life is smiling again.
